Good to know.
- All rates are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclusive of VAT (15%) unless otherwise stated.
- All shipping — local and international — is quoted dynamically in the dashboard at booking and itemised on your monthly invoice.
- Fulfilment carries no monthly service fee and no minimum — you pay only the usage rates on this page for what we store and ship.
- Cross-border (Merchant of Record) clients: 10% commission is calculated on the VAT-inclusive selling price and deducted before remittance — no commission on unsold stock, returns or cancelled orders. A minimum commission of R5,000 per month applies, and a once-off USD 950 market-entry setup fee.
- Storage is pro-rated to actual days in storage — costs deplete as your stock sells through.
- All billing is in South African Rand. Converted amounts shown on this page use daily ECB reference rates and are indicative only.
