Good to know.
- All rates are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclusive of VAT (15%) unless otherwise stated.
- All shipping — local and international — is quoted dynamically in the dashboard at booking and itemised on your monthly invoice.
- Cross-border (Merchant of Record) clients: 10% commission is calculated on the VAT-inclusive selling price and deducted before remittance — no commission on unsold stock, returns or cancelled orders. A once-off USD 950 Non-Local Importer registration applies.
- Storage is pro-rated to actual days in storage — costs deplete as your stock sells through.
- Volumes above 4,000 orders per month are priced on request.
